What you’ll have done before:

Baseline:
•    7+ years’ experience in Marketing (incl. customer insights project management & branding)
•    Proven experience working with agencies
•    Experience in managing and reporting on effectiveness of marketing initiatives
•    NFQ Level 7 (Degree in Marketing)
•    Exceptional MS Word, EXCEL & MS PowerPoint skills
•    Working knowledge of FMCG Marketing & Branding
•    Ability to analyze customer information to provide business insights & recommendations
•    Effectiveness of marketing initiatives

•    Applies knowledge of the integrated business Trade calendar to advance the organization’s strategic objectives 
•    Driving the brand engagement, consistency and communication for Convenience. 
•    Effectively collaborates with Agencies, Marketing and other stakeholders to deliver on brand strategy.
•    Operate effectively, even when things are not certain, or the way forward is not clear
•    Be knowledgeable on the development of Convenience/Forecourt industry

 

 

What you’ll be doing

•    Key liaison for brand and marketing initiatives between Trade Planning and Agency and other internal & external service providers. 
•    Oversee brand management for Convenience and assist in the customer insights updates and requirements. 
•    Provide support to drive strategic decisions using customer insights and data analytics to drive brand and marketing strategy.
