Senior Depot Operator

Purpose of the Job:

To comply with the safe receipts, loading, offloading and blending of chemicals whilst maintaining quality. To carry out planned duties timeously for excellent customer order fulfillment. Ensure compliance to all work procedures, work instructions and HSEQ standards.

Location: Epping

What You'll Be Doing:

Financial:

• Ensure planned work timeously completed for minimal overtime
• Customer
• Ensure right first time with blending for customer satisfaction
• Help to ensure OTIF target reached
• Good communications with Lab staff
   

Safe Operations and HSEQ:

• Comply to all CTDC and Engen HSSEQ scorecard, procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2015 standards are kept.
• Inventory Management.

Assist to investigate on product variances:

• Ensure correct tankage line ups, blending & dipping
• Ensure blend operations compliance
• Quality
• Maintain product quality during sampling, loading, offloading and blending operations

What You'll Have Done Before:

Baseline:

• Matric/Grade 12
• 3 years experience in operations
• 2 years experience of inventory control
   

Advantageous:

• Diploma in chemical or mechanical an advantage
• Computer Literacy
